This is a common problem in our society whether you realise it or not. Just recently My family and I was visiting family friends in Des Moines, IA. Our uncle Tony has been suffering from a bloated stomach. He had hiccups/burping most of the time when he was awake.
I myself used to have the same problem. I had heart burns all the time. That is called acid reflux.
What really helped me was to have regular meals. Have no more than 3 eating experiences a day. Within the 2 days of trying it, my heart burns disappeared.
Most of these cases are usually caused by wrong eating habits. There are of course other factors that may contribute to the condition. However, snacking is a major risk factor. Your stomach needs rest. After eating, it usually takes 4 hours to digest and get all the food into the intestines. If you have at least 5 hours between each meal and no snacking in between, your stomach will be very happy.
Also drinking with your meal also causes heart burn as your acid fluid is diluted and it takes longer to do its job.
To relieve the symptoms, simply pop a charcoal tablet into your mouth. Or get a charcoal slurry drink. Get an empty glass, put in 1-2 Tbsp charcoal powder and add a little water in and stir well and drink it!
Activated charcoal is a wonderful healing agent. Due to its large surface area, it acts as a drawer.
